Consumer Orders (B2C)
For consumer purchases made through our website, payment is required in full at the time of order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised and received.
Business Customers (B2B)
For approved business customers, standard payment terms are net 30 days, subject to prior credit approval.
Where agreed in writing, progress or staged payments may apply.
If the Buyer fails to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms, we reserve the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, to:

Suspend or defer deliveries under this or any other contract with the Buyer; and/or

Require payment in advance or satisfactory security before further shipments are made.

Section 1 — Eligibility

Section 2 — Fulfilment
Orders on ckgadventures.co.uk are fulfilled from our UK warehouse at Fast Prep UK, Unit 1, Clonmel Road (Industrial Area), Birmingham B30 2BU, United Kingdom, operated by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). A dispatch confirmation with tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Section 3 — Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.
Section 4 — Shipping

Section 5 — Returns and Refunds

All CKG products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
