Where do we ship from?

All ckgadventures.co.uk orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse: Fast Prep UK, Unit 1, Clonmel Road (Industrial Area), Birmingham B30 2BU, United Kingdom, operated by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). Your order is picked, packed and dispatched by Amazon on our behalf.

UK Delivery

• Standard: 2–5 business days — free on orders over £50
• Express: 1–3 business days — surcharge shown at checkout
• Processing: 1 business day — orders before 5 PM, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Carriers used: Royal Mail, DPD or Evri.

Prices & VAT

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT. No customs charges apply — goods ship from within the UK.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we refund the product price minus shipping costs. Re-dispatch is available at your expense.
