Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse: Fast Prep UK, Unit 1, Clonmel Road (Industrial Area), Birmingham B30 2BU, United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Express delivery may be available at checkout.

Are prices VAT inclusive?

Yes. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. We also accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Who pays return shipping?

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
